OVERVIEW
Thank you for choosing Business Equipment Unlimited (BEU) as your digital MFP provider.  We staff certified copier, printer, computer and/or network engineers to meet your digital output needs. This agreement is to further enhance our ability to provide you with quick, efficient service and support.

TERMS

    BEU will provide a Specialist for up to two hours of free IT services integrating your MFP. Additional IT services for set up and training beyond the two hours are available at the prevailing rate.BEU will also provide 30 days of technical assistance free of charge from the date the equipment is installed in order to address any issues or concerns in regards to print/scan configuration or functionality. This does not provide for any additional installations or configurations. You have the option of purchasing an "Advanced Networking Contract" that will provide assistance after the initial 30 days. Please speak with your sales representative for details.

     BEU takes a “Train the Trainer” approach to the installation of drivers and scanning. The “Train the Trainer” approach means we will train designated personnel on how to install the drivers and scanning so you can internally manage your future needs. 

     BEU is not responsible for any loss of data, third party software incompatibilities, or hardware failures as a result of print, scan, or fax driver installation as well as installation or configuration of additional software or utilities.  BEU agrees that all information pertaining to our client’s network is confidential and may not be disclosed unless court ordered. BEU is not licensed to run network cables throughout your building.
 
     If an integration specialist arrives on-site and the digital output solution cannot be installed because there was no available network port, patch cable, or Systems Administrator privileges available, there will be a rescheduling fee unless one (1) business day advance notice was given to BEU at 207-878-8500.
